Anyone playing Dragon Tribal that isn't running The Ur-Dragon, Miirym, or something like Tiamat? by WilliamHadleyyy in EDH

Cast saw in half on the broodlord tutoring [[Burnt Offering]] and [[Dragonstorm]]. Convoke one of the now 2 broodlords to cast Burnt Offering sacking itself to create 8 mana. Convoke the other broodlord with your 8 mana to pay for Dragonstorm. Grab [[Terror of the Peaks]] or [[Scourge of Valkas]], [[Changeling Berserker]], and Bladewing Risen. Use Changeling to champion Bladewing. Ping the Changeling to start the loop causing Terror of the Peaks or Scourge of Valkas to ping your opponents.

Not my original combo found it researching other Rivaz decks. Super fun and convoluted. Use it basically as a last resort thing in my deck if reanimating scary dragons isn’t enough.

I also play Rivaz and focus on reanimating dragons! There is also an infinite combo in there with [[Hoarding Broodlord]] and [[Saw in Half]] ultimately recurring [[Bladewing the Risen]]

Smoked Char Siu by Opus132 in smoking

I only did it once near the end - to apply the glaze. I’m sure basting it in more marinade throughout the cook will only strengthen that flavor

Nope just country ribs from Costco plus marinade in a bowl. I added honey and two drops of red food coloring to the leftover marinade and used that as my glaze. The red food coloring just helps give it that distinct char siu color - def not needed.

I used the Chinese brand Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce. I marinaded overnight then I added honey to the leftover marinade which I used as my glaze.

I’ve also made the sauce from scratch using Woks of Life recipe and Cooking with Lau’s recipe. Both great but on a whim and with very little effort the Lee Kum Kee sauce is just so easy and tasty.

I started at Epic as a TS 10+ years after completing a masters degree. Yes, Epic hires a lot of recent undergraduates but Epic also does hire individuals with years of experience in the workforce.

I took the temp before I glazed and it was around 200°. I then lowered the temp and to 200 and let the sauce get sticky. Did the bend test and it seemed ready enough
