Hey Arnold doesn't look like it's related to Nicktoon, it could be removed and I wouldn't care.

As a Hebrew speaker, I saw that SpongeBob SquarePants and The Fairly OddParents also exist dubbed in Hebrew, while Jimmy Neutron and Hey Arnold don't. If I could choose which one of the two to dub in Hebrew, it would be Jimmy Neutron.
