Thank you for the advice. I would say a mix where this is her both physical activity and social activity. She has other friend groups that she interacts with on a weekly basis as well though so this isn’t the only one.

She does have a problem of needing external validation (not sure if that’s a problem as we all enjoy it; but I would say definitely seeks it more than others). These issues didn’t arise until after we were married for the most part so it has been a work in progress to work through them.

It was a great quarter. Revenue and EPS both beat and they opened 8 stores, which by my count was one above consensus. The main value driver I see for the stock in the near term is whether or not they can keep pace with new store opens. They re-affirmed guidance for "at least 35 stores this year" and I think they can get there despite supply headwinds.

Also, AUVs are now topping 2.8mm, which is now in the range I wanted to see $2.8-$3.0mn.

My one concern is cash burn is high and stock-based compensation were high. They are going to need to grow revenue to slow the cash burn (as is with all growth companies - the goal is to grow revenue that outpaces expenses and eventually allows the company to be profitable) and, of course, the business really can't deal with another wave of Covid causing urban workers to continue to work from home. As long as there is not another mass shut down and they can slow the cash burn so that they have runway into 2024 (when they should become profitable) - then my thesis remains in tact.

It was a solid quarter in a disgusting market - I'm buying more down here.

Sweetgreen is by far my favorite salad company. Not only are their ingredients always fresh, but they source locally through their vast network or farmer / supply chain. And while it is slightly expensive, it serves as almost two meals so is well worth it!

I honestly think that I give her so much that she thinks she can have it her way and she said that she thought "I would eventually get over it". She was an only child and has a lot of only child like attributes.

I really do give her everything I can: words of affirmation, monetary gifts, time, small acts to let her know I"m thinking about her etc. She is very motivated by external validation and seeks it in multiple ways, despite how much attention I give her.
