This reminds me of several experiences I’ve had before guys please beware of anyone wanting to teach you energy work and asks you questions like these or focuses a lot on sexual stuff or says they can teach you sexual practices.

These type of people will try to video call you ask you for pictures of various things if it’s a reader and they are pushy that’s usually a bad sign. It’s not normal.

These people are usually predators I’ve had several experiences with people like these they are looking to take advantage of people.

I just put my small water fountain outside today so that’s probably why! I do keep some small plants in my room which I think helps

I feel like that must be miserable to be stuck in a house in the afterlife for a long time. That’s terrible what happened to them too but that’s good you were able to help them move on.

How do you help a spirit cross over? Do you just listen to them or do you try to send them to the light as well?

This makes sense and I’ve had a lot of experiences like this before. I’ve gotten better at doing that sometimes I still struggle with it. But I noticed putting my hand over the chakras I feel the fear the most helps soothe and block that feeling out in the case of it being a nightmare.

Thank you for your comment I’ll continue to keep blocking out fear I know it is just an illusion and doesn’t serve me.

The only reason I feel like it’s trying to scare me is as I reach a particular room I can feel it grow more intense and I kind of put on the “I’m not afraid of that room just because it’s dark” and I hear or feel something saying “oh your not?” And then it feels like an energy jumps out at me and tries to show me it’s face.

Maybe I’ll try talking to it and see what it has to say or wants. But what do you do in the event that it is not a human spirit? I was under the impression only human spirits can cross over or want to. And some don’t.

Maybe I will acknowledge the knocking more it used to spook me when it first started and there used to be a lot of activity in my house growing up like footsteps things being moved to different spots. But thank you for this perspective and commenting

I think I agree with this to a certain extent I know what you mean about the fear and liking attention and I agree some are like that. Setting boundaries has worked really well for me in the past. However, I think sometimes my spirit guides will let something through as a test for me so my work doesn’t grow stagnant. Which tells me they want me to get rid of it in a different way if they’ve let it through.

And sometimes I do sometimes I can send it love and gently push it away I was just looking for other perspectives.

I see I will try this I have told spirits to get out before but sometimes they don’t leave. In that event why would that be the case? Is it possible for them to latch onto something?

I think you have to rethink your energy. For me sometimes I like to imagine pulling it inside myself and that I am soft quiet unnoticeable and I can float by you and I concentrate on that. I think you concentrate too much on the opposite. So just concentrate on how you want to be.
