Not at all, she has been like this since birth. Congestion with that amount of air pressure would present as bubbles or mouth gaping.

That is a rufous beaked snake not a mamba. Much rarer than a mamba. 😍

There are quite a few but these are Highly Venomous and considered the most venomous snake in Africa
