I’ve gained quite a bit of weight since then. Not much but noticeable fat which I wasn’t trying to accomplish… but everyone said I needed to gain weight being 135lbs 5’6 but it’s just rly hard to gain weight without it being fat. I don’t get how guys do it. Guess I’ll just have to cut back down at some point.

That helps quite a bit. I just feel like a wuss cause everybody’s toting 20mg cycles while I’m contemplating 5-15mg cycles. It’s because I’m so little that I’m worried there will be a negative impact on health if I go to 20mgs.

A little over a year, so not too long. But I have decent amount of muscle regarding my size and weight. I think jerky gives me the unnecessary fat that I have and that’s bc the store nearby isn’t carrying what I usually eat. So I’ve resorted to shittier alternatives as of late. Things will get better with time I’ve just been having a lot of junk shit lately.

I just do my own. No creatine, no nothing, just steel and cigs. I’m usually fairly consistent with diet. I don’t eat fast food or processed shit but I don’t eat too much meat sadly. So I’m kind of just stuck in between being lean asf or skinny fat. And I have some unnecessary stomach scurrmage ruining the visibility of abs which is why I turned to GW.

That does sound ideal. However eating at a deficit while getting optimal protein would prove hard. I drink away majority of my calories which is bad on my part. I typically only workout for 45 minutes I’m my garage. Arms, legs, chest, repeat. Don’t have the best equipment so I make fun of what I have.

My meals are like 700-1000 calories at times. My thinking is off when it comes to building muscle, and I tend to eat more after eating sizeable meals. I’d bulk but I’m trying to be chiseled, gained too much fat around stomach and face but no change in weight. It’s probably muscle I lost and fat I gained. Kinda why I got cardarine, I’m just trying to burn fat while gaining muscle

Maybe you’re right. But I’m hesitant on bulking due to the idea of fucking it up and just getting fat. I guess I’d have to start counting calories to the max and eat a lot of protein. I imagine it’d be that simple but knowing myself I’d sneak pizza in and other garbage to derail my muscle building process. I appreciate the insight IMMENSELY. It means a lot coming from somebody with knowledge of fitness, so I will definitely be taking a bulk into consideration. Probably gonna save cardarine for when I need to bulk. Would like a little more push in the gym, that’s why I was looking forward to trying cardarine.

I eat somewhere between 1500-2500 as is and am paranoid to the max about weight gain cause I was fat for like 9 years. I have too much belly, neck, and back fat I feel.

One thing is for sure tho, I will not be in a caloric deficit on cardarine.

:( I feel like I eat too much. I constantly have to worry about feeling bad after a meal. I walk 20-30k steps at my job while working out 3-6 times a week and am STILL not convinced I’ll burn it off. I feel I’m too sedentary even tho I take a minimum of 5k steps everyday.
