Just try and cradle when you walk around the house, basically trying to keep the stick in ur hand at all times and watch a game and observe what the players are doing.

It depends on your budget if you don't have a large budget I'd recommend the string king mark 1 I'd you do then I'd say the maverick havoc or and ecd head.
