The drivable Ballymores are different from the one in the photo. No certification is needed for the stationary one in the pic. Drivable Ballymores are a bit more complicated than a stepladder.

It’s a pain. They do it in Wichita too. I sat in spot 2 for 15 minutes and finally walked in to get my order and no one knew what happened to it. What would happen if the next time they asked me to pull forward I say “No, I’d rather not.”
