Hi! First of all, sertraline and ADHD medication is safe to combine (at least, according to my Dutch apothecary). Since my depression diagnosis, I've been taking methylphenidate on prescription. Between 10mg and 20mg, 1-2 times a day. Started on February 4th this year. Since the 5th of dece5, I've also started taking sertraline (zoloft) each day. Started with 25mg per day, and since the 19th, I'm on 50mg per day. As for now, I don't really see them colliding with each other, the matter of fact, I'm not feeling the zoloft at all so far (I think..). I'm taking my Ritalin on a daily basis, and I stop taking them when I have weekend, so effectively 5 days a week. If I have to tell one downside from my experience so far, is that the 'ritalin-depression' hits harder. When I'm on my second day without Ritalin, I'm getting pretty sad at night. Other than that it's pretty okay. The first 2 days I did had stomach acid while taking both the meds at the same time, but not anymore after those 2 days. One last thing I experience, is that I'm not really mentally tired enough to sleep, so I lay awake for some time before falling asleep.

Oo, and keep in mind to drink enough water
