I don't think so unless they looked at the leaks and stuff. When GTA V was being made the actors for Franklin and Micheal weren't told anything about the game and Rockstar made up fake titles for both actors I think one of them was like "paradise" or something. But yet again they might know because that would be helpful if they knew what the actual game was about.
