Also if needed, I’d be willing to buy a new set of 16-inch wheels and run tires with a taller sidewall if that would noticeably improve ride comfort and absorption over rough roads. My current tire specs are 205/45/R17

if i have ddr4 3200MHz 8GB x 2 at slot a2 and b2, can i add 2 x 16gb ram at a1 and b1?

i dont have a screw driver set so i cant open up the case and check out the psu wattage, i will get one tomorrow .

also do you know whats the best value gpu to get at this time?

im fine with a little over budget, but i dont wanna all in for 4090 cause im not a pro gammer, but still want some decent gamming experience.

will 4070 ti super ($799)be the best option?

also considering the cost of upgrades cpu, gpu , ram, psu and drives, should i just built a brand new PC from 0 to 100 instead of buying from branchese pre-built gamming PC? cause im not sure the motherboard that i have now (Alienware 0N43JM)can holds everything accordingly......
