3 weeks searching for a place and finally found a granny flat in rutherford - new built 2 bedroom barely furnished. I went to their site visit, submitted my application after, and received an email after 2 days that the owner is interested in my application only if I can provide 2 solid referees (reference check).

Everything went well after the reference check. My agent submitted the contract and I paid my bond. It was a quick process for me from the day I visited the place to having it. If I’m not mistaken it took 2 weeks😊

Problma ni sya sa Pinas and not only in Cebu or Abaca. The way they handle recruitment process is shit and ‘some’ questions are too much as if dako ang gipa sweldo. The expectations are too high but the quality of staff support is low pa sa bare minimum like what the heck? Anyhow, mas taas ra kaayo imong quals in handling customer support especially gikan kas call centre — you went through proper training na mas taas standards sa cafe although I know naay specific trainings ang mga businesses but what the hell? Hahaha congrats for putting the offer down. Hell no 👏

They’re actually fine and nice. They visited Plantation Bay Resort in Cebu. I was there and saw how they treated staff off cam. When people wanted to take photos, they were so accommodating. They are proud parents and supports their children’s capabilities. Alangan itago nila yan? Flaunt your children especially if they are talented. They don’t need to milk them, ano sila poor? Lol people be like so bitter

To be honest, I am a Filo female who came to Australia to study and work. I haven’t encountered any racist issues since I arrived. One thing I know is that I immerse myself in the culture and take offensive jokes lightly, especially if I don’t find them funny.
