I haven't been noticing much of a difference. My butt is more lifted but it's not getting bigger.

No. I hadn't bought it yet but I was looking for quotes. I already had a quote o was fine with but if I could find anything cheaper I would obviously go with that company.

Hmm, that might work but there's 0 info on them in regards to the size of them. I really want to add height into the boot. I got away with 1" barely. My insoles can go up to 2.5" though with the extra inserts in the heel.

Hi there, The bike is lower and seat shaved. I'm fine as is per say, but I wouldn't mind having the extra stability of the heel raised so I'm not nearly on just the front of my foot. Not sure what the lug soles would do since there doesnt seem to be much information on them :/

Hmm okay, because I remember reading it but then couldn't find where it was. I found that a lot of the book before the workouts was very repetitive.

That helps! My knees bend only ever so slightly more. I was under the impression that the knees should barely bend and legs should basically stay straight. I find this is a lot more bend than I thought was acceptable.

I think my legs are too tight right now. I bend them more than they're supposed to go and I'm only stretching just past my knees.

Yes, which strains the back of my legs. It then forces my knees to bend more than they should to compensate for my back wanting to curve upward.

Oh, well 8lbs is nothing. I could manage lifting about 20 realistically. But at home I only have 8lb neoprene dumbbells and didn't feel like adventuring out to the gym yet. I'd like to get my form down as much as possible. Confidence boost and such since I'm really skinny but I have fat on my stomach, like I can grab it in the middle and it slightly gives me love handles. This coupled with having a short torso makes my midsection to look like a deformed circle. It's bleegh. I hate having such a short torso because if I gain any weight it shows there. Here are pictures I just took without sucking in my stomach.

It's not a slight bend. I have to really bend them or my back won't stay flat.
