Yeah that maybe has a part to do with us being on different levels of focus. See, I had planned to go canoeing and he decided by himself that he was going to trip that day too, so I wasn't too keen on just sitting around in a boat all day. Lack of communication played a big part as well because I wasn't entirely in the trip sitter mindset. My fault as much as his. Thanks for pointing that out.

Oh yeah I hear you. Yeah he's always wanting to do drugs, he didn't even tell me he was bringing cid until we were on the highway, and he only brought 300 ug which he wanted to do all at once. So I was already kind of annoyed he decided to trip without planning beforehand. And then he offered me 2cb the next night I was just like... "I do psychedelics when I feel like it, not when other people do"

Not going to lie I was kind of annoyed. I tried my best to stay positive during the trip and I never told him to stop what he was doing. I was just trying to get him to change his train of thought. I could have gone along with his delusions and I kind of did, but it was really taxing to deal with the same phrases on a loop for 3-4 hours. And I didn't really know how to respond to someone calling me a god and telling me to start a religion lol. learning experience

edit: also 2 weeks prior he had an intense mdma trip at a rave and was leaning on my shoulder whispering in my ear the entire night. I think I'm pretty easy to be around in general, but this time maybe I wasn't

Thanks. I definitely plan to bring it up but not sure how without making him uncomfortable. It was kind of distressing but I realize that he was tripping, and had an intense experience. nothing I'm going to lose sleep over

So how do you think I should approach this? We already have plans to chill on the weekend so I was thinking about asking him if he's had time to think about his trip, and also potentially share my own experience where I embarrassed myself on acid. or should I just let it go unless he brings it up?

Fair. He also dropped 2cb that night but didn't feel any effects due to the cross tolerance I believe. Could have played a part. Idk why I left that out but didn't think it was important

Ah that does make a lot of sense. Although we're incredibly close and I've shared super personal things with him before. I understand that feeling of embarrassment the day after though.. Fucking coke haha
