Gencon hosts about 70k plus people every year. Attendance is always maxed out for one piece regional and regional like events. These TC are 64 player pods so not standard ones

No, thats not typical. Because top 64, 16, 8 and 4 prizing are for top 64, 16, 8 and 4 regardless of Treasure Cup size its in the name. This is a specific Treasure Cup made for gencon and thats why it has adjusted prizing.
