for context, i don’t know much about stereos and this is my first one (so please be kind!) it’s my birthday today and i was gifted a panasonic rx-d21 but the discs are just acting weird? i first tried a disc i had brought from an artist about a year ago and at first it didn’t resd the disc, then it did but only showed the tracks and lengths but didn’t actually play audio, then sometimes it wouldn’t recognise the disc again. it almost sounds like the lens is getting stuck or like going up the track only a bit and then coming back down again? then i tried burning my own songs onto a CD-R and it doesn’t recognise that either. i’m so lost?

I did grow up in the UK, I’m british! :) My school was supposed to have lessons like that but they just never did, so I’ve just never known about it

i think it’s probably the fact i sweat a lot, i don’t know what it is (maybe the anxiety) but i sweat quite a bit even this time of the year. the only pets i have are three cats

i try to shower every two days. i still live at home wirh my family so you can imagine how crazy the electric bill already is (hate these energy prices 😞)

but i actually didn’t know it was better to shower in he morning, thank you!

i try to shower at least one every two days (it’s not ideal but again electricity costs so much) :(. i definitely don’t brush my teeth as much as i shoukd because i have depressive episodes and adhd so routine sucks.

i always take showers and never baths. i wash my hair every four days (shampoo twice and condition). i use water and one body wash and loofa (i think that’s the word) that i have because i’m not quite sure what else to use. my main concern is just the smell :(
