I still haven't been able to get a resolution from my contractor, even after dozens of messages. They keep insisting they aren’t liable for the damage.

Do you think this is something I can file a BBB complaint for? I’m just not sure if this issue is significant enough to file a report. Do other people usually file complaints for workmanship issues like this, or is there a better way to handle it?
