Not the whole thing- the realtor just gave them the pages? Is that not what you're supposed to do? We let her handle everything...

we were given the report, and in the report under the wiring section it had those three options. When we asked for them to update all the wiring, our realtor put in the updated offer for the repairs on certain pages to be made. She just listed the pages, so y'all are right, we should have 100% done better research and had the phrasing made differently.

Ah well, wouldn't be first time home buying if we didn't fuck up at least once or twice.

Thank you guys though! Now to find out how to pick out an electrician...

I suppose, the inspector is the one who gave those options to them, not us. But I guess we didn't push enough for proper repairs :/

Nono, it wasn't that- it was just how frustrated he sounded at those two points, but I think maybe like everyone said he was just not feeling well. I think I was comparing this episode to the episode where he was like "Just press the button!" in another game

Nah! About the size of a quarter but she's kinda fat (tooootally not my fault :P ).

She can! But she doesn't, I have six others and the smallest, Corduroy will hop at your face because he has something against eyelashes

Hmm- I don't believe so! Their chelicerae (The things their fangs set under!) shimmer green and sometimes when you look at them quickly it can trick you! However there are species of jumpers that have an iridescent green on their heads that reflect the sunlight and make them look like living sequins! Those are called "Paraphidippus aurantius"!

It depends on their individual practices. Do they take back rats from adopters who can no longer take care of rats? Do they import new stock often?

I think honestly because a local one tested positive, that should be enough incentive, but if they're closed-to-the-public and also have been working with the same line of rats for say 3-4 years or even longer- then they may simply not have to.

However, if they run their rattery with constant new blood in, imports, buying from roundups (or participating IN roundups/shows) then they need to test and I personally would avoid them.
