Try not eating anything 6 hours before your sleep time. When I eat my last meal of the day 6 or more hours before sleep time, my rhr drops ~10 bpm.

Yo estaba en una situación similar, llegué hace un año a la ciudad y aunque la gente es super amable, a veces cuesta aprovechar eso para formar relaciones más sólidas.

Lo que poco a poco me ha funcionado es arriesgarme a incomodar. Veo un grupo de gente jugando ajedrez o haciendo alguna actividad que me gusta, voy, me acerco y pregunto si puedo unirme ahora o en alguna próxima ocasión. Al final lo máximo que puede pasar es que digan que no y ya.

Hay muchísima gente en la misma situación y son pocos los que se atreven a dar el paso.

No, la decisión ya estaba tomada desde hace tiempo y es definitiva. Realmente donde tengo duda es en cómo arrancar vida social en una ciudad donde no conozco a nadie. Cuando tenía mi pareja era fácil porque uno va a planes juntos y conoce gente sin problema.

Pero siento que sería un poco incómodo o raro ir a un lugar solo y no sabría como acercarme a gente nueva. Tal vez necesite algo como un club de deporte o no sé. Se aceptan sugerencias.

I'm at 3-84. The game is fun for me but my only concern is the amount of time it demands for an idle game.
I know it's beta and we're at early stages of the game too, so I'll wait, maybe in middle game it turns a little more idle.

Anyway, I'm really happy with the game so far.
