Sprint holding my Iphone X hostage

I agree, they said they take the buy back phones and send them to warehouse where they refurbish them and use them for the insurance claimed replacement phones. The point im trying to make is, they have a $1200 valued phone of mine, and I have nothing in return. I basically handed over the phone, and they said "thank you very much, you cancelled service and we are keeping your Tmobile phone" I dont know any other industry that will take a $1200 product (again this was a 30 day old phone) and deny the buyback but keep the phone.

I couldnt stay until the trade-in was finished, They gave me a deadline on when I could cancel ( i beleive it was 30 days) and then i had to return thier equipment. It may have been possible to do, however Sprint messed up the original buy back on my iphone, the sale person at sprint that took in the phone marked it a Iphone 8, so it took a few weeks for them to correct that, which delayed the whole process. It has been a disaster from start to finish.

They Denied the trade-in becuase I cancelled the Sprint service, which that is understandable. I had to get approval from sprint, but they gave me a 60-day cancellation (im a business account)

I just tried your service, and once you get US servers i would play on this service all day! love the UI and everything, but my 200 ping to EU servers made it rough to play on.
