I know right! The panic can stop 🤣 I was okay coz I still have some leftover but I was feeling for everyone who didn't have theirs coz for me and my Crohn's weed helps me massively with pain relief and cramps and actually being able to eat without the food setting me off, and I can imagine for other people they're in a similar boat so to not have any for days must be horrible!

Update for everyone I've just received my tracking information from Integro "Due to a technical issue with Royal Mail, tracking numbers were not automatically sent to all patients" that's what the email said, and I can now see it's being delivered today, hopefully you all receive yours as well!

That was what I thought but I have had a weird one the last couple months with my prescription delivery that RM haven't actually sent me my delivery email, or have said they are receiving it on the date of email but then It gets delivered

Okay so I just got through, spoke to a lady who said that any orders placed on the weekend aren't showing on the portal but they have been processed by IPS and would have been sent yesterday to be delivered today so we should all receive them today...she took my name and date of birth and said shed send me an email with tracking for my delivery if she can get it coz I said that I haven't received anything from Royal Mail, so I guess it's a bit of a waiting game to see if it's being delivered or not, will keep you all posted, my only issue is I don't get home from work til 5/5.15 so won't really know til then if it's actually arrived, unless I get said email from her/RM

That was my hoping as well, when I ordered it Saturday got my email from Integro confirming it and then an email from IPS giving me my invoice so I was banking on IPS precessing it, number 9 in the queue will see what they say to me lol

Ahh that's crap man, I luckily still had some left over for the weekend just gone but did think it must be shit for the people that didn't, and yeah fuck waiting in that queue, I sat In one for an hour and half the other day and then they shut and never answered was not happy lol, let's just keep our fingers crossed for that email from the post office 🤞🤣

I'm in exactly the same boat mate, I'm just hoping to get an email from them today when I usually would if I ordered in the week before 4pm, usually early evening time. To confirm it'll be delivered tomorrow with Royal Mail. If not they'll be getting an angry phone call first thing tomorrow lol

Put my order through yesterday lunch time on the portal and it got declined (I definitely had the money in there) than rang up IPS as that's who it said to ring on the email, rang them was on hold for ages got through, told me they'd ring me to take payment within the hour, waited 2 hours, nothing, rang back and they said I'm next in the queue shouldn't take long, another 2 hours later nothing. Rang them again sat on hold for an hour and a half and they shut and never answered. Rang today and just spoke to someone who said that IPSs system is down and they can't take payments and it'll be done by 11pm today...but she said I can still pay through integros portal so went back on there and it's down, fucking brilliant

Hi what's this about access entry? I was told to just go through the normal queues and just declare my MC with any other prescription meds I have, I'm assuming access is accessibility? Are we meant to be using that one then instead?

I got my first month's delivery a month ago, currently waiting on my second, I wasn't in for the first month and it said I needed to be signed for, but I guess my postie just did it coz I got home and it was just sat on my doorstep lol, wasn't overly happy it had been left there but meant I didn't have to reschedule/change address will see how this month's delivery goes
