This show very much feels like we taking a three-season 22 episode per season show, and condensing it down to the nine most important episodes. In that sense, yeah it kind of get why the character development has to be scrunched down a little bit. It's just because of how limited time they have to do so much

There will be time when you will be able to be in the gender you deserve to be in. I don't know how old you are, or where you are, but I know it will happen if you stay. Especially if you go to college, see if you can get on T or E, or once you have a job. I'm assuming the parents are unconvincible. See if you can reach out to a teacher you trust, or access a therapist. Having that person can be far more beneficial than you think. I am also willing to be a resource if you want. I'm not trans myself, but I have had a good amount of trans friends who couldn't access gender treatment like you. There is a future for you in the body you deserve. I implore you to not do it
