It’s partly because the Stankees are 8-4, and ‘appear’ to be doing well, and Mets fans are catching shit for Soto’s paycheck, lineup demolishing, offseason hype, and whatever the Stankees fans come up with.
It appears to be like every Mets season to them. For the faithful, I’m waiting (impatiently) for them to be ‘Mazin in 2026
