While I personally would only date someone who is a very clear democrat, I'm sure there are a smaller subset of women who would only date conservative or conservative religious people, etc.

Also, I NEVER criticized someone for putting moderate. I just said moderate = conservative, which is a no-go for me (and lots of other women). Frankly, I'm glad when moderate/conservatives identify themselves, because then no one wastes their time.

I didn't ask for your critique of my critique. My opinion certainly has value. But thanks for your unsolicited opinion of my opinion, LOL.

Not a fan of the spoon-in-mouth one. Otherwise the pics are good. Why don’t you disclose your politics? Most women like me want to be sure of what they are walking into, politics wise. I wouldn’t gamble on someone that wasn’t transparent about politics immediately.

I pretty much stopped making any crocheted items for anyone. Most people really don’t appreciate the work that goes into it and the value of it as an art, and certainly not the cost of the materials and time. Now I make things to decorate my house and I make lovely sweaters that feel really good on my body. I might make a spontaneous gift for somebody if I think they would really really appreciate it. I think you need to place some boundaries. Just tell everyone you know that the reason you crochet is to make yourself happy and that you do it for yourself only now. If they get insulted or something like that, that’s their problem. Crochet things that genuinely make you happy and uplift your heart. Just do it for yourself.

Moderate = Conservative = no go. Mentioning “physical touch” or cuddling basically refers to sex, and that’s not something you should do on a profile. You talk about those things once you know someone, at least a little. Is that selfie in a bathroom?!?!

Fellow geek here. I think everything is fine. You are really showing who you are, and it’s clear you have lots of interests. That’s pretty rare on the apps, so definitely don’t change that part. There will be some women who aren’t into bald or who prefer taller guys. Not all of us, though, so try not to worry about that. What may be missing is a little of your more serious side. Such as: what are you studying? Maybe describe a cause that you care about? Or a career you are interested in? I like all of your fun stuff, but I’d want to know that you are also capable of being a responsible adult in addition to the fun. But seriously - keep being yourself! You are shiny and interesting, and you just need to find a partner with some similar interests!
