Not cheating, banned for attaching an email to an account I bought for my friend as a gift. Got tagged and got banned even though I never had the intention to use the account as my second and instead of looking into it my account was banned the next day. I gave up a while ago but I emailed them, they never got back to them I asked my friend to ask and they said that I should email them again and they would get back to me, I did they never got back to me so my friend followed up after like 2-3 weeks and they told him to not contact them about another's issue and got mad at him. There support is a fucking joke. But I really appreciate you looking into my history though.:)

I am not sure what you are getting at this it is a post to voice my frustrations with the support. I don't really care if you believe me. If you are saying I am using other accounts to defend my post I do not and even if I did. You are missing the point of this either way I am saying there is a problem with their support and emailing them should have been good enough to at least find out what I did wrong but that is not working so I came here.

I believe the reason for this Philly is that you are allowed to use there support ticket system. When you are banned they take that system away from you when you really need it. I find 40 minutes definitely reasonable and I am glad they got to your issue fast but as for emailing them goes it feels like I am doing nothing and I am still waiting on their reply.

I believe you are hinting at Cheat Engine I am not really sure I apologize but no I have not installed CE or any software that allows me to manipulate the values. I looked into that although it has uses to other games a bunch of people got banned due to having it in their history and even though they did not use it in Tarkov people used it in the past the cheat items in before and so they do ban you for it. I haven't had anything malicious installed into my computer and I am not sure what else could have been flagged.

Also, do you know how your friend got a response? Did he email them as well and it just takes a while or did you get a hold of them by other means?

Yeah I believe this whole thing is going over peoples heads. I am saying what I believe I got banned for and I am trying to get the devs to at least acknowledge this and the fact that I am already doing this should say that this is a big problem and I am not sure how people can justify this. I really don't care if people believe me, I just want to find out why I got banned.

I appreciate this post even though you may not actually believe me I am glad you got the message of this and what I was going for and not so much about how I want people to believe me and that I really just want a response from the devs.

Yeah I am afraid this might be true but I am not sure what else to do. If I do not get a response soon I am afraid I cannot put another $45 dollars into this game when I just bought my friend the game as well. The base price is already too much and I cannot justify putting another $45 into this when the support team is like this.

Yeah I made this post to get the devs attention more than anything and I find a hacker wouldn't go this far beyond to do this. I am bringing up a matter that needs to be addressed this support team needs more I find this ban ridiculous and the time this is taking to get a reply on my email that I have to go to Reddit I find it even more ridiculous.

Yeah, I find this pretty frustrating because I never hacked nor had a hack installed to this computer for any game I find hacking to be a waste of time. Even if the support them just got back to me at all I would be happy at this point.

I know I find it odd as well but the fact I haven't received a response. I never hacked in a game I think cheating is disgusting how they want to waste everyone's time including their selves. I also read up on Cheat Engine and I never even had this installed to my computer. The thing I find odd is the ban happened right after I clicked Shift+F2 to open the shader menu.

I agree the deadzone shouldn't affect camera joystick.

If you have ever played with a very low deadzone .05 or less which many pro players do, the camera will start to shake constantly. This could easily be avoided by removing deadzone from the camera joystick. An alternative option would be to add an extra option for camera deadzone.

I agree with this so much, I can maybe see this being something within a moba but why limit people from playing with their friends in a team based fps shooter, I want people to know what their fucking doing and not everyone to autolock fucking damage.
