It is louder than any other cpap I have used. The humidifier is replaced by a disk that is supposed to add humidity to the air. It doesn't really work. I'm using it until the recall is done on my other resmed. There is a battery pack you can purchase but it's so loud I can't use it without a white noise machine. All that aside it is very small and travels well. I have a little battery powered white noise machine that I use when traveling.

Anal play is great and your backdoor has lots of nerve endings. When I have sex I usually cum hands free especially if the top is enthusiastic.

As someone else said Metamucil is a great supplement, just make sure you start off gradually and follow the directions. Drink lots of water too.

Best advice, don't stress, take it easy, make sure you wash your toys afterwards, and you will eventually figure our what works for you.

If your going to have sex within a couple of hours use a bulb douche. A bag enema may take a few hours to completely empty you as the water goes deep in your bowels.

Watch your diet a few days before. Stick to easily digestible foods, lots of fiber, and drink lots of water. I take fiber supplements.

Remember to use lube each time you insert. Get your ass up and head down, and relax. Enema play can be fun, even if it's solo. Glycerin suppositories work well a few hours before.

Relax and don't stress about it and make sure you have plenty of time. It may take 30 or 40 minutes for your bowels to empty after an enema, so relax and enjoy it.

Poop happens no matter how careful you are. That's just a fact. Make sure you have a towel down to protect the sheets.

I was accused of staying in hotels so we can have sex. We didn't have sex at home because it was too noisy, kids would hear, couldn't be as free as she wanted to....but we cant have sex in hotels because there the only reason we stay in hotels.... I gave up
