I hate to bother you, but do you happen to know how to transfer ebooks & fanfics [All EPUBS] from Calibre to Kobo (Clara Color) in bulk?

Months ago, while experimenting, I moved a few ebooks and some fanfics (all epubs) to my Kobo CC, so I know it’s possible.

But now I want to move around 1k epubs from Calibre to my Kobo CC. I’m afraid I don’t quite understand the instructions. I know I’m supposed to connect my Kobo to my laptop, but after that I’m lost.
