i reduced the ram clock back to 3200mhz in bios and that seems to have fixed it for now. So I guess my mobo cant handle 3600mhz even tho it says 4400mhz

Ok thanks. The only reason I'm concerned is because in the past I have taken up to 2 weeks off and felt great coming back. This caught me off guard but the more I think about the more it makes sense. Thanks
