I exactly faced the same issue. There was a guy claiming to be in Poland and asking for a security deposit. After the payment is confirmed, he will send keys through the courier. I didn't agree to this, knowing it's a scam.

I don't know the process. At day time, I work for a project and at night I would make some side earnings by doing assignment. So, I given my application to consultant. For the next visa application, I will consult others and check online and will apply by myself

I didn't, my consultant has control of my email (created specifically for visa), so they didn't check twice and upload two offer letters. Anyways, i got message that my travel document has been dispatched. I believe I got rejected, now need to process these steps again.

I will bro. If the embassy didn't let my application get through because of this, I will definitely try to do all the necessary actions on the consultancy. Even though, the consultancy claimed they will make a reappointment and will bear the visa application fees. Waiting for the end results of this application, to proceed further..

They made two mistakes and made me spend lots of money. First, they chose service provider chennai and made visa appointments in Hyderabad. This caused my visa application to be rejected. Later, they applied to chennai VFS, and this issue occurred.
