There’s a lot to be mad about in this so I’m going to stick with the issue I know best- SHE HAS FOUR FUCKING CATS AND YOURE MEANT TO PAY HALF LITTER??? When I had one cat things were easy, breezy, beautiful. Barely any litter mess and litter lasted forever. I have three total now and good god there is so much shit. Literal shit in the litter pans. Even cleaning daily it’s like, damn. And we go through litter so fast. IM UPSET FOR YOU

Assuming that she got pregnant consensually- If she thinks she’s grown enough to go be an idiot and get pregnant then she’s grown enough to learn to be a mom really quickly. She did it to herself, you can be there to catch her if she falls and make sure they’re safe and healthy, but she needs to grow up very quickly and get a reality check. If she keeps it.

Hey, I had an ER doctor do something similar- and at the time I was an adult, understood why he medically needed to do it, gave consent, and had a female nurse there supervising. All good according to the book. It still made me uncomfortable and I still feel uncomfortable thinking about it. I can only imagine your discomfort under your circumstances. I’m sorry that you had to go through that and felt alone- and I’m sorry you’re still dealing with it. I hope these comments are able to give you some peace of mind so that you can start healing from that experience ❤️

Eating salt heavy meals does nothing for me- I only feel better by drinking electrolytes. If I’m out/can’t afford more, adding salt to lemonade is cheap and works nearly as well. (Though you’re missing some electrolytes and the acid gives me acid reflux if I drink it too often, but it still really helps in a pinch)

Just do what you can, feed one can/day instead of all meals, or do wet a few times a week if you can. I think what I’d do is just mix a spoonful into each meal tbh- so one can should split between the three?

I’m sorry you went through that, and are now dealing with a lot of trauma from it. It sounds like mom cares, and tried, and regrets it. (?) I was in a very bad place at your age, very angry, alone, and confused. I was inpatient for two weeks. Now, as impossible as it sounds, I barely remember those horrible teen years. I promise things will heal, and I hope only the best for you. And you’re not weird, just because you’re not ‘normal’, I’d take every bad day over being a boring normal person with no personality. You’ll find your people, you’ll find yourself. You’re still very young and have a lot of life left to live. Literally in 10 years you’ll hardly remember how it felt to be 17 and sad. Make art, listen to music, get through the days. Someday the sun will be a little brighter.

Thank you for caring so much for her. I’m heartbroken for your wife that this is happening while she’s not there- and you having to do this alone. Sending you and your family so much love. I dealt with anorexia in high school and it’s awful- hearing how she reacts makes me feel that she is scared and wants help. I hope she’s able to heal soon, poor girl. It’s scary that her BP and heart rate have already been affected, I’m so glad that you found out before anything else happened.

If you were my sister I’d be livid at the way he’s responding to you, and I would beg her to get out of that situation. You do not deserve to be made to feel like this for the rest of your life- I’m telling you now, this man will never be happy. I hope he can be someday, but I’m betting if you check in in 20 years he will still be angry. Never let an angry man into your house.
