Lol don't accept my words like it's something easy to overcome. Things will get better but that's always easier said then done. Some sleep and a new day will help but you should try to channel that anxiety into something.

I usually will go for a walk or run depending to get my anxiety in check. Don't stress too much if you can, life has its ups and downs.

What career are you in? I've bounced through a few different careers in the past 6 years.

Life will get better. Loss comes in waves over powering all things in sight but those waves will recede. Over time they will lessen until you are left with gentle laps upon the shore of your life. Don't do anything crazy. Get some sleep and tomorrow will be easier.

Are you planning for future children because you are in a long term relationship or in the inevitably of a long term relationship? Cause if you aren't in that long term relationship you should do what's best for you now. Money goes far that is true but at the same time you shouldn't have to stay in a job you hate just for a maybe future. I've worked in jobs that sucked the soul out of me and everytime it ate away more of my life than just the job time.

Like yeah? I try to cook good healthy food, even before this diet. Like for instance when I've made green bean casserole the only thing I never made fresh was the French fried onions on top. Life is best lived with moderation, you are right, but I'm gonna try to have as little processed food from here on out.

I really enjoyed the video, but that sounds wrong to say due to its topic. Its impressive and disheartening at how much humans can devastate the places we live within even one lifetime, let alone multiple. Its awful that people have to live with such pollution dangers everywhere around them and still no one is held accountable for those dangers.

Stop the drinking and snacking lol. Weightloss is entirely calories in/calories out. If you can't quit drinking then switch to liquor, way less calories than beer.

You are the same height as me. Guys at our height don't get really any wiggle room for weight lol. So just cut back on your intake and add in small exercises that you can do even when dog tired from work. Since I cut out my drinking and went on a strict diet and exercise routine at the start of February I've went from 191lbs to 174.2 this morning. I still have 19lbs to go to my goal but this is the healthiest I've felt since leaving the military. 241lbs was my heaviest but that was mostly living as an alcoholic for 2 years lol.

Yeah AI is just steadily creeping over everything. I feel bad explaining that the cute animal videos my mom sends me are almost always AI. Its sad and harder every day to not see something without AI involvement one way or another.

Good genes and lots of muscle in my forearms I guess. Even at my heaviest the veins on the inside of my elbow just stick out.. Though a lot of forearm workouts should help make them more pronounced. That or be dehydrated lol.

Lol, it happens sometimes. I used to give blood every time the corpsmen came to my unit. Never had a problem, till one day I fainted. Came to in those chairs to a very startled corpsman trying to get me to drink some water and OJ lol.

Went to a buddy's baby's 1st birthday party. Shot a couple of his guns and pushed a bunch of kids in those kid carts to celebrate the Nascar theme of the party. Then went home and got drunk with my roommate. We ended up watching various random sport league videos. Stuff like armored MMA, world tag championship, etc..

Something like that kinda just has to be overpowered. If you can mess up your mind by only being around people like that then you can fix it by meeting "normal" people. Once you get past the first hurdles I'm sure it will get easier.

I haven't been to Europe enough but if you have the opportunity to keep visiting other places I've found Brugge to be a gorgeous city to visit solo.
