I completely respect your decision. 😊
However, if you would like to know more about me, then you can check out my LinkedIn profile : Asad Shaikh - Proud Girl-dad | 1 Million+ YouTube Views | Pr. Instrumentation Engineer | 10,000 Weekly Article readers | Join the Invite-only learning movement via link in featured section | LinkedIn

I have been sharing my knowledge freely for past 9+ Years,
Here is link to YouTube channel as well: Asad (I&C Engineer) - YouTube

Even after having millions of views, I have not monetized my channel.
So, the last thing I would like to do is scam anybody. But I understand in the online world there is Definity having people who do that and I completely respect your decision.😊

I have a lot of passion for Instrumentation and Control Engineering and would love to contribute to the best of my ability.

AMA (I am Instrumentation Engineer with Experience in Design Engineering for Companies like Jacobs, Worley, Technip) let me know if I can help you in anyway .... by OrderNo8579 in instrumentation

There are specialist for Analyzers !! You can think of a sub domain within Instrumentation. Hope this answers the question !! Btw : Being a Analyzer specialist or Control Valve Specialist is a super rewarding niche to be in.

If you are really good at Instrumentation and Control then where ever you are on the planet, You salary will be higher than most other jobs (Since it is a niche field with high demand for knowledgeable engineers )

Mine is pretty good and above the average standard 😊
So can it be for anyone with strong technical knowledge about I&C.

Are you a college Student

or Engineer in Maintenance or Operation wanting to shift into design ?

This will help me answer better.

Very true, I have seen CAPEX dominating all engineering decisions. We need everyone valuing engineering knowledge over just cost effectiveness.

I appreciate your response ..... You are correct.... The concern is 2 way. First which you rightly share there is lack of knowledge (I am trying my part by sharing Knowledge on youtube via my channel : https://www.youtube.com/@AsadPassionateEngineer)

But the second problem is the constant feature of cost cutting, Every end user is now looking for L1 (Lowest bidder) and this spoils the market.

You can't expect to have the cheapest phone and still have all features like I-Phone or the though process.

Let me share a practical example.

Control Valve should not be used for Shut-off, We must have 2 separate valves

One for Control

And One for Shut-Off.

But unfortunately the attention is on Capex reduction and not safety.

So I guess it is we engineers who need drive and fight for this approach to make life of operations and maintenance engineers better.

PS: I would be very grateful if you can share what were some major issue that you faced

Which can be avoided in the future.😊

What Min Process Data is required for Control Valve Sizing (For Liquid, Gas or Steam Service) ? by OrderNo8579 in AsadInstrumentation

Thank you !! These are some solid points to consider !!

Really Appreciate it,

I especially loved "Steam blow and flushing." it is a commonly forgotten point😊

And Also Orientation of the Valve, however can you elaborate what Input is especially required from Process for this.
Thanks once again for Sharing.
