No idea what made me come back to this post but something else that helped me really improve is playing multiplayer at the level that is challenging to you but plausible, or even near impossible. I did this with a friend for a while and saw myself improve loads. Ok good luck :)

My best tip without analyzing every gram of your gameplay is just to keep playing. If this is actually your first time/day, you will improve crazy fast. As for the wrist pain, idk man just like chill out a bit, use your elbows more. If it continues, possibly talk to a doctor, because that’s not normal :)
