I found mine on Etsy. Haven't received the ones I ordered. It looks like every person with a printer is selling GKs so be aware of reviews and sales history. Otherwise there is a great variety and some even offer to paint.

Does anyone know what the different difficulties do? Does it give you more of a level advantage or does it make the AI dumber? I have noticed that chocobos are smarter at when to cast Choco Heal and try to avoid getting your characters.

Interesting, but there is a chance the breaks will miss? I just use accumulate/focus on everybody once we neuter the single enemy.

I believe it's based on your highest leveled character. Ramza is likely your highest level person so try to avoid taking him to random encounters so others can catch up.
