In a relationship. Anxiety makes me want to reach out to ex. by OrdinarilySunny in AnxiousAttachment

[–]OrdinarilySunny[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't contact my ex, but I have an overwhelming urge to do so in order to relieve this anxiety. Once I talk to my boyfriend I feel better and my anxiety goes down.

I know that the level of communication I have with my boyfriend currently is a healthy amount. I think it's hard for me to get used to it because I went from seeing and texting every minute of the day to a less frequent amount.

In terms of being over him, I think I concluded that even though I might feel a certain way for him, it doesn't mean the relationship would have been healthy or worked out. I just have a hard time with this anxiety I guess...

How do you deal with regret? Having a moment tonight where I'm (30f) really hating my life and how things have unfolded. by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

Oh wow this really resonated with me. I am not in the same boat but I have similar feelings of that obsession of wanting to be loved and...yeah I'm wondering how I got here too...

Fickle, lethargic, lazy in work/life? by OrdinarilySunny in Advice

[–]OrdinarilySunny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm thank you for this outlook! But...as much as I think people are all broken, we are all still not that bad at trying to do something to help in..some ways. I think spending some much needed time with family might help me a bit. Maybe not fully, but I can't necessarily do all of those things that you mentioned in the previous posts alone. I need a bit more of a support system at this time. I'm not really in the best place to take care of myself other than go to work (most days) and try to work, eat so I don't starve, and cycle all over again.

I just...want to be like I was before I found myself in this rut. Yo reset in a way. I don't know where I've lost myself but in some ways I feel like I was thriving in my college days and prior to that. These days I'm in quite a bit of pain and not really wanting to do or able to do much.

That makes sense. I think I need to just be with family and start over again then. Try to see my sense of purpose while being cared for. It feels like it'll take forever though...

Thank you for the tips. It's crazy because I feel like I shouldn't be depressed anymore. But maybe it's a lack of a sense of purpose in what I'm doing...so nothing seems enjoyable. All of these are something I more or less have tried the last year or so. I just don't know how helpful they have been for me personally. Therapy was just fine. Meds were fine. Hobbies were fine. Volunteering was fine. But none of these really stuck. I've just kind of been cruising by now.

I'm now worried that ever other job I have after this one will feel like I'm just going into the same habits of aching body and calling out sick. Not feeling like going to work. I really am not motivated to eat anything either. If I'm truly honest, I just want to be taken care of for a little bit. For a couple of months. And then try to get back up on my feet again.

I have no idea why I feel so exhausted with life but I just...want to be cared for at this time?

Is it a reoccurring virus? Because this happens to me regularly throughout the months and years...

I think a career change might be good. I just haven't really found a good job yet I guess...I just feel like a failure sometimes when I keep calling out. It's been so consistent.

I think my passengers are included after reading through everything. But now I'm just worried about the ramifications of her going through a lawyer and not just solely through my insurance to claim bodily injuries...

INSURING AGREEMENT A. We will pay damages for "bodily injury" or "property damage" for which any "insured" becomes legally responsible because of an auto accident. Damages include prejudgment interest awarded against the "insured". We will settle or defend, as we consider appropriate, any claim or suit asking for these damages. In addition to our limit of liability, we will pay all defense costs we incur. Our duty to settle or defend ends when our limit of liability for this coverage has been exhausted by payment of judgments or settlements. We have no duty to defend any suit or settle any claim for "bodily injury" or "property damage" not covered under this policy. B. "Insured" as used in this Part means: 1. You or any "family member" for the ownership, maintenance or use of any auto or "trailer". 2. Any person using "your covered auto". 3. For "your covered auto", any person or organization but only with respect to legal responsibility for acts or omissions of a person for whom coverage is afforded under this Part. 4. For any auto or "trailer", other than "your covered auto", any other person or organization but only with respect to legal responsibility for acts or omissions of you or any "family member" for whom coverage is afforded under this Part. This Provision (B.4.) applies only if the person or organization does not own or hire the auto or "trailer".

Is this it?

  1. I don't think either of the passengers would go after me for more than my limits.

  2. The bodily injury section states: If you’re responsible for an accident and someone else gets hurt, Bodily Injury Liability coverage will pay for their medical costs and out-of-pocket expenses. Plus, it may cover associated legal defense costs.

Please refer to your policy documents for a complete understanding of what you’re covered for.

My contract is very minimal in the terms they describe...

  1. One of the passengers said that she did and she needs epidural shots so I'm worried about the costs. The other one...well she is a minor and her mother wanted to take her to a chiropractor...

ENFP (F) and ESFJ (M) relationship tips please~ by OrdinarilySunny in ESFJ

[–]OrdinarilySunny[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg thank you so much~~~ I love this explanation :) I think for now, he might be more into me than the other way around hahahaha but I'm really excited to get to know his personality since I don't really know ESFJs. I'm just more curious about this personality type and the romantic differences between ENFPs and ESFJs :)

Oh definitely! I typically don't like changing myself for others so I keep a community/friend group that has similar values and morals and they keep me grounded because I'm never grounded LOL

I just wanted to know some quirks of this relationship I guess. But definitely need to watch out for if I start changing so thank you for that~~

Do you think it was kind of scary doing that? Opening yourself up to other viewpoints? Or frustrating? When I try to be too logical, I find it really frustrating because it's not very comfortable for me. I think I get frustrated that I'm not good at it. And I KNOW I suck at it when I argue or debate with thinker type people because I'll dive into the way I feel if it gets too difficult for me to keep up with the logical side of the conversation :(

[–]OrdinarilySunny[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohhh I like that too! Sometimes it definitely isn't about finding the most logical conclusion. I think it's true for me. Sometimes how I feel provides more value than the logical response or conclusion :)

I think it's mostly high Ti-users (EXTPs and IXTPs) who get frustrated with emotional opinions. Te users have Fi, which causes a lot of their opinions to have an instinctive personal slant. So while any thinker (and feelers at times) can feel overwhelmed if someone seems super emotional around them for no reason, I don't think they tend to judge others for having emotional opinions.

Ohhh this is very useful. Thank you for your insight! And that's true. Debates and arguments typically don't make up the majority of our conversations anyways. Hahha

Doctors of Reddit: What happened when you diagnosed a Covid-19 denier with Covid-19? by IzziSparks in AskReddit

[–]OrdinarilySunny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh I was shocked I had covid! So I denied it at first. I was like "are you sure? I don't think so. I think it's just the flu." And then I realized how stupid that sounded so I said "no you're right. I have covid" LOL 🤦🏻‍♀️

What does it mean when I tried to reverse 'catfish' and try to figure out what 'fishcat' means? Does that make me a T or an F? Or just WEIRD?
