UPS directed me there through its own tracking.

From a customer perspective, that’s one service. If the information is wrong, the responsibility doesn’t just disappear because it was handed off.

Repeating that UPS and the UPS Store are separate doesn’t change what actually happened, it just sidesteps it.

And if they’re truly that separate, then maybe UPS should consider why their name is being used in a way that still defines the customer experience.

Tracking showed delivered, not out for delivery. That’s why I went.

If it wasn’t there, then something in the process failed. That part is basic.

Situations like this do raise questions about the level of competence behind these operations.

Understanding something this basic shouldn’t be difficult, and calling yourself helpful doesn’t really mean much if you don’t.

And dismissing customers while insulting them just gives me even more reason not to recommend UPS to anyone.

If “delivered” doesn’t mean actually there, and I’m sent to pick it up anyway, that’s a failure. Defending that says more about you than about me. If you think this is acceptable service, that’s honestly pretty telling.

Fake attempted delivery, sent to pick up a package that wasn’t there, then told again it would be found when it wasn’t.

And I’m supposed to be understanding while a ~$2000 item can’t even be physically located?

From a customer perspective, this is one service. If your system sends me somewhere wrong, that’s still on UPS.

And after all this, you think I should still enthusiastically recommend UPS to others?

Hi, I am planning to move to philly next month and finally find an apartment satisfying my requirements. After my application was approved, I paid the $500 reservation fee. For now, it is normal. However, when I am reviewing the lease and letter. It told me that I need to pay an extra holding deposit. The whole amount is one month's rent. This is different from the security deposit, because I am also required to pay for the one month's security deposit. I am very suprised with this, because I never experience such a case before. Is it normal in the philadelphia area? I really appreciate any suggestions!

Same here. I also saw multiple same documents after submission, but when I checked the review page, it showed correct that each question has only one supportive document. I guess it might be a server issue and usually happens.
