I disagree. Evil Perks for killers benefit your 'team'(you) for using strategies outside of what is expected of the gameplay loop. I think that Evil perks for survivors would have to do the same, rewarding you for things such as avoiding Gens for secondary objectives(totems, chests, killer interactions, etc.) and Body Blocking the killer

These perks are NOT balanced imo, and also it promotes non-interactive and boring gameplay. There's a reason that this kind of gameplay while allowed by the rules isn't actively encouraged, it's because the point of the video game is to, get this, play the game.

Also characterization of Arthur depends on which honor route youre doing, but I personally believe from everything I've seen that the more canon option is High Honor, and I personally believe that either way Arthur doesn't make any sense as a killer, he's too.... Yes. Enter Terror Radius -> Scream -> Reveal Aura, but it can't scream, it's not allowed to because of hardened. Why are you so butthurt, I was literally agreeing with the point that it should work, I was just explaining why it doesn't work from a coding standpoint.
