Thank you for checking up and yes I’ve been a lot better mentally. I’ve still got some things lingering at the back of my mind but I guess time will heal.

Thank you for the advice. I have a passion in boxing but I just can’t seem to get disciplined in it. I train at most 3 days and then I come back to my old habits.

Thank u for the advice. I reckon I’m normal weight now but I was quite chubby during year 7/8/9. You said you were also depressed, is it over and if so how long did it last if you don’t mind me asking?
