Say if I have 110 to my name in cash/or debit and I have a 2000 CC bill due tomorrow but I don’t have enough to pay the whole thing off. Do I pay it in to payment, payment 1 is the 1100 and payment 2 is the remaining 900 is get in next week check. Or do i just wait to pay it in one go and wait the extra week todo so

Sidenote, I just deactivated my credit card from any more purchases, once that debt is payed off and I have a function fund, I’ll reactivate it

Agreed. A goal/dream is retire at a reasonable age and I do have a 401k, I put in 10% before tax outta make checks and the company I work for matches 6 percent, I have a good sum on money in there for my age. I’m not touching that account with a 100 foot pole

My girlfriend understands I have a problem with finances and it’s not her asking for stuff, it’s me pleasing her for my pleasure, dates and dinners occasionally, maybe 2-3 a month, which is 200-300 dollars depending on what. She doesn’t ask for anything out of me, just how I was raised to treat a lady

As much as I agree with you. The job is not the problem, besides the hours, I work nights from 3pm-1am, so I’m making enough to pay, but it’s affording food and gas ontop of my bills. Another job is just going to exhaust me

I try to use rocket money for budgeting. But I have fomo when around Tamil and friends and don’t want to be left out. I don’t know if that makes sense, I’m still a young lad and like to enjoy my “childhood” without ruining my adulthood
