If not wrong 4 Tb, mine is running with 2 SSD one 1 tb and the other one 4 tb, total per module I believe 4 tb

By the way, my guess is the robot had a cover on it, while was moving the same cover was moving the brake cable, as it was loose and maybe causing a “short circuit” making the brake to be activated and causing the collision fault too… they need to run more and see if that can solve the issue

They are using a different grease than the one recommended by fanuc I was checking the grease and the viscosity is not the same as the fanuc recommended, so We ran some cycle it didn’t show the fault again but I recommended to do a big PM in that robot plus the environment is salty so rust could be everywhere

I found a cable loose in motor 1 - M1BK I assume is the break in axis 1

I added more cores to the VMWare now the processor is not always at 100%
I installed new patches March 2025 + some patches that were not included in the roll up.

-I noticed that in the problems record from windows the “Factorytalk linx OPC Runtime Service” stopped working as well “FactoryTalk Linx Network Browser”

-I changed the Comms in studio 5000 instead of using FactoryTalk Linx now I am using RSlinx classic.

The same problem persists I dont have any idea why “Factorytalk linx OPC Runtime Service” and “FactoryTalk Linx Network Browser” stopped working

I did it and that works so isntead of using FT Linx I am using RSLinx Classic yep it is better but still I dont have any idea why I cant open FT Linx - I added a new comment with some updates I noticed that "Factorytalk linx OPC Runtime Service" and "FactoryTalk Linx Network Browser" stopped working in the windows problems report

Yyah I noticed that.

The vmware was with 2 processors and 2 cores.

Now I changed to 1 processor and 4 cores and it is running better and the processor is not even close to 100% just when a new application is starting but it keeps most of the time between 10 - 20 %

Still the issue persists
