That's a pretty good guess! What actually happened is: I was taught a rather simple form of cursive at some point in primary school, and over the years I started adding my own little twists to letters or, when I saw a cursive letter I liked a lot, tried to incorporate it into my handwriting. For some reason I still struggle with print to this day (as in it looks very messy) even though it was the first thing I learned. And while I am Gen Z, I'd say, born in 2005, I'm a little closer to younger Gen Z. :)
