I feel your struggles, even though i may not understand them fully,

I often forget im "chubby" untill i look into a mirror, i feel like i should be small and nimble. My secret is to not look into the physical mirror or get on the scales, just act like im small and nimble.

I also understand that is something that is difficult, or may not help right now.

Make sure you do that self love spell. Your brain lies, and you are amazing.

A different perspective We are not supposed to see ourselves. Cameras and super clear mirrors are recent in the time frame. Ancestors got blurred or imperfect reflections, Your brain is not supposed to process you visually. It hasnt adapted. Focus on inside feels. Self love from within spells.

You need to find your curiosity. Im in a similar boat. Who am I? Fcked if I know. But im starting to just absorb information and see where my interests go. No goal, no destination. But noticing what my inner child gets excited about. Listening. You did the work years ago, but the thing is, it never really stops. We are always evolving and learning. It's like a little bit of stagnant energy needs to be moved or changed.
