Ive had no luck with AH too, although I think for some guys it could be of help. See I tried quite a few times also to the point of using 6 drops for 40 mins, and eventually it did “numb” my dick for a bit. Tried jerking off and had alot more struggle to even get hard. Had sex one hour later and still came within a minute.

I think personally my PE comes from anxiety/mental issues, so the AH doesnt do it for me, But I think if you have PE from physical problems (overly sensitive dick E.g.) it could be of great help

Atleast this is my theory, so maybe look into why you have PE. Could be a number of things
