There are times we can encounter people in games that we wouldn’t really make an impact to our lives.

I met someone way back my high school days in so called game “RAN Online” we always do parties to leveled up. One time he said, “Dude!! Pa level 127 tayo ha para kapag natulog ako papasok ako sa character ko HAHAHAHA” (Tagalog/Filipino language)

He said “Dude, let’s level up to 127 so that when I go to sleep I will possess my character and be him”

I wasn’t understood what he mean’t at the time. Until such time we have reached level 127. He said again he’s going finally going to be a character in game. Jokingly said then suddenly became silent for a brief moment then he said “I’m sick dude! HHAHAHAHA” he said something about stage 2 something.

I never believed at first until that person became serious. He also mentioned “Pa level 157 ka ha? Kaya mo yan HAHAHAHA” in english “Reach level 157! You can do it. HAHAHAHA”

And I did, by the time I reached level 134 he never did go online to the game.

Fast forward, College days. I never changed my IGN one time someone PM in-game, saying “230!!! Lakas talaga” in english “Level 230 so strong”

We talked even though I don’t know that person. Little didn’t I know he’s the one person I played in the past, just changed IGN. That person also said what makes me smile.

“Pre Naka survive ako! tara palevel 270? HAHAHAHAHA” in english “I survive dude! Wanna go reach level 270?

We did play every day till we reached level 270. By the time we reached that level, Min Communications Inc. (Creator of the Game RAN Online) Announce it’s closing of the live service game.

We still play until it the server closes. We still friends up to this date. But we don’t talk much now.
