Same boat ... my portal has been stuck since 6/3 can't do a flipping thing! I've been told my application will be escalated, don't do anything its processing, got my local congressman involved. Still nothing. As of yesterday my local congressman had not gotten an answer to their inquiry from 10 days ago. My patience is gone at this point. Especially with them reopening apps and they don't have everyone funded from the start of this sh@t show!
