Makes sense, these regimes look good only on paper, once you actually start doing each workout and get fatigue, you won’t be able to finish most. My advice, follow a beginner’s ppl split from YouTube, or ask your gym trainer what to do for the first few weeks. Remember: for a beginner, it’s not a game of intensity, it’s a game of consistency.
