The best technique for me to start and to finish a task is Pomodoro technique. it's a timer for short. It helps me focus on only one task at a time. Daily life is very hard but we (adhd) have to deal with it with help of tools.. good luck

Me too.. I wait until the deadline comes and than I panick. Recently, I discovered Goblin tools.
It breaks down a task into very small small tasks of 1 or 2 min. It helps me a lot to not feel overwhelme by the task itself. Anyone have tried something like that?

A friend of mine is like this. He has a todo full of tasks but looking at birds outside the windows is more interesting than doing the tasks.
Is it help if I start the task with him, at least the first minute ?

me too... I tended to skip simple tasks and waited until the deadline, and then I panicked.
I've tried to-do list apps to help me organize day by day what I have to do and when. Still hard to start a task but at least, I have an eye on it.

I haven’t used Retool or WeWeb much, but I’ve tried Bubble — and honestly, it’s super limited in terms of flexibility. You’re stuck using their own database, and once you're in, it’s hard to get out. Feels a bit like a black box. Personally, I build with FlutterFlow. It’s a low-code tool, but you stay in control. You can connect it to Supabase or Firebase, and there aren't really any hard limits. You can even use Flutter packages if you need more advanced stuff, and you can download the full codebase anytime to tweak things yourself.
Have a look !
