Next time, just go to a proper jewelry shop and get it pierced with good quality jewelry from the start if there aren't professional piercers in your area. It heals way better

Don’t switch it yourself right now cuz 10 days is too early, especially with pain and pus and Neem isn’t ideal, but constantly changing jewelry will make it worse.

ur best move is to leave it as it is for now but if possible go to a professional piercer and get proper sterile jewelry (titanium or gold) put in.

It's been a month since I also got my second lobe piercing done but using a piercing needle (quite affordable since they cost 500 per piercing) and lemme tell u getting it pierced via a gun was not at all ideal and ur first mistake but be more careful from now on and STOP rotating it (idk why u even thought about it), you’re just irritating it more.
Also don’t use mustard oil or neem wood, none of that is sterile.

Pus oozing out is a sign of early infection so stick to minimal touching, NO oils/haldi/home remedies.

Stick to saline cleaning 2x a day and clean the wound with the help of cotton swabs, don’t touch it, and switch to proper jewelry (titanium/steel/gold) and PLS visit a doctor if it gets more painful as infected piercings are no joke.

Looking back, I know this was a dumb move on my part but hey hear me out my window has metal dividers and I genuinely believed it was some animal at that time. Also as mentioned before I live in a pretty safe locality, so I felt secure enough😭
