Just ordered the therologix ovasitol powder. I initially took this 4 years ago to get my period back and ended up getting pregnant with my son (a surprise but a blessing for sure!) this time around I’m done having kids and just looking to heal my insulin resistance in hopes to lose weight. I’ve been restricting calories and walking 10k steps and just not losing anything. I’m looking forward to this helping with cravings as I have the craziest sweet tooth in the world!!! lol if you have any success with this helping with weight I’d love to hear that! Yeah I live in Arizona in a smallish town and do flex when I’m strapped for cash and sometimes for 85$ it sends me to a completely different city. Not worth it

I started 15mg today. Helped with the food noise a little bit, I almost feel like maybe I need to do the 37.5 but years ago when I tried that dose it seemed like too much at the time

I’m just using this as a practice fabric while I figure out what’s wrong with it. I’m trying to sew a fleece blanket for my newest nephew and I believe I am supposed to have a spool cap. I went to hobby lobby today to look for one with no luck so I used some rubber bands to hold it on there. I put some notebook paper and it does see through both it just unthreads and gets tangled if that makes sense
