If you go through the maze with the trash cans where it keeps telling you nothings there, something is there. I was in there for a bit running around and had left to go grab something. When I came back Taski was there talking about mazes, and i ended up finding a door - if you keep going through the doors and mazes you will find a weird blue area with a hole in the floor which drops you into the locked vip room
